Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our company’s digital presence. The ideal candidate should have a passion for content creation, stay updated with industry trends, and possess basic design skills using tools like Canva.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
Research and curate relevant content related to the IT industry and general trends
Plan and execute social media strategies to improve engagement and brand visibility
Create engaging posts, captions, and monthly content calendars
Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activity
Coordinate with internal teams to align content with business objectives
Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights
Create basic graphics, reels, and posts using Canva or similar tools

Required Skills:




Basic understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
Strong research and content writing skills
Interest in IT-related and trending content
Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
Positive communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and creativity

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience or internship in social media management
Basic knowledge of video editing tools
Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.)
