Job Description -

We Are hiring for Manufacturing company

Responsibilites :
Primary Purpose: Connect clients or customers with the right services, resources, or internal teams while tracking service quality and execution from start to finish.
Common Work Settings: Field service operations, IT and corporate support centers, healthcare or social services, and property/housing management.
Reports To: Service Manager, Operations Manager, or Department Lead.
Request & Log Management: Receive incoming service requests, calls, emails, or tickets and log complete customer and fault details into the system.
Scheduling & Dispatching: Assign jobs, repairs, installations,



or appointments to field technicians or service providers based on location, skill set, and urgency.
Client Communication: Keep clients informed about arrival times, status updates, delays, or resolution steps.
Resource & Parts Coordination: Arrange necessary spare parts, equipment, or supporting documents before service visits.
Issue Resolution & Escalation: Handle complaints, track service level agreements (SLAs), and escalate overdue or repeat issues to management.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate client logs, service reports, billing data, and compliance documentation
