Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks within projects to ensure timely delivery.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Support junior team members by providing guidance and facilitating their skilled growth.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
Strong knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
Experience in managing software development lifecycles using iterative and incremental approaches.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
Skilled in using project management tools to track progress, manage backlogs, and facilitate communication.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
This position is based at our Pune office.
