We are hiring an experienced and passionate Night Shift Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working night shifts and be responsible for preparing fresh, high-quality bakery items while maintaining consistency, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake fresh bakery items during night shifts.
Ensure all bakery preparations are completed on time for the next day's service.
Follow standard recipes and maintain consistency in quality, taste, and presentation.
Organize and manage baking activities efficiently during night hours.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the bakery section.
Monitor ingredient stock and ensure proper storage of bakery supplies.
Assist in developing recent bakery products and menu ideas as required.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Baker, preferably in a restaurant, hotel, or bakery.




Willingness and ability to work night shifts.
Knowledge of traditional and modern baking techniques.
Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and proper food storage practices.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night hours.
Passion for baking, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
