Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
M.Com, MBA in Finance, or CA Inter qualification is an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or accounts management.
Internship experience in accounting or finance is an added advantage, but should not replace the required qualified experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Experience in bank reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial statements.
Ability to manage an accounts team, maintain accurate financial records, and prepare management reports.
Robust analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
