Perform fitting and assembly of transformer components as per approved engineering drawings, specifications and work instructions.
Verify that all fittings, gaskets, terminals, bushings and accessories are approved, correctly installed and securely fitted.
Follow authorised vacuum, drying, oil filtration and oil filling procedures, ensuring compliance with specified process parameters.
Conduct completion and leakage checks, ensuring proper sealing, oil levels, cleanliness and overall readiness of transformers for testing and despatch.
Maintain accurate job cards, material usage records and process documentation, ensuring compliance with production schedules, quality standards and safety procedures.
