Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and resolve complex system issues.
Document findings and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
Assist junior team members by sharing insights and providing guidance on troubleshooting techniques.
Continuously monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance stability and user experience.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
Robust analytical skills to investigate and resolve software issues effectively.
Experience with system monitoring tools and diagnostic techniques.
Ability to interpret system logs and trace errors to their root cause.
Good communication skills to articulate technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with business process workflows and their impact on system performance.

Additional Information:
