Handle domestic and international flight bookings, ticketing, cancellations, and hotel reservations.
Plan, prepare, and sell domestic and international holiday packages, including sightseeing and customized tours.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel options, destinations, and packages.
Prepare professional travel itineraries, quotations, and day-wise tour plans.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, travel suppliers, and destination management companies.
Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
Follow up with leads, convert enquiries into bookings, achieve sales targets, and maintain customer relationships.
Provide accurate information about fares, baggage rules, travel schedules, booking conditions, and visa assistance coordination.




Maintain customer records, booking details, sales reports, and use travel booking portals, MS Office, and WhatsApp Business.
Candidates should have positive communication skills, customer service abilities, and a sales-oriented attitude. Travel agency experience and knowledge of platforms such as EaseMyTrip are preferred.
