ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Closing Manager to manage end-to-end property sales closures, ensure smooth client coordination, complete documentation, and achieve business targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle end-to-end sales closing and client coordination.
Negotiate pricing and finalize property deals.
Coordinate site visits and client follow-ups.
Prepare agreements and ensure complete documentation.
Ensure legal and financial compliance during closures.




Build strong client and channel partner relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely execution.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Solid negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of real estate documentation and closing process.
Client relationship management.
CRM and MS Office proficiency.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
