Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive responsible for preparing, maintaining, and analyzing reports and dashboards to support business operations and management decision-making. The candidate should have strong Excel skills, data management capabilities, and the ability to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management and various departments.
Collect, consolidate, validate, and maintain data from multiple sources.
Develop and maintain Excel dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
Use advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, and conditional formatting.
Identify data discrepancies, reporting errors, and inconsistencies, and ensure timely correction.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), productivity, targets, and operational performance.
Maintain accurate databases and ensure data confidentiality and integrity.
Coordinate with HR, Operations, WFM, Finance, and other departments for data collection and reporting.
Automate repetitive reporting tasks wherever possible to improve efficiency.
Prepare presentations and management reports as required.




Ensure timely submission of reports within defined deadlines.
Support management with data analysis and insights for informed decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline; a background in Business Administration, Statistics, IT, or a related field is preferred.
1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data management.
Robust knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, and data validation.
Knowledge of Power BI and dashboard creation will be an added advantage.
Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting techniques.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple reports and meet strict deadlines.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
