We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic telecalling executive to join our team.
Job Role:
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Explain company products/services clearly
Handle customer queries professionally
Follow up with leads and maintain records
Achieve daily/weekly call targets
Requirements:
Valuable communication skills (Malayalam & English preferred)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to convince and build rapport
