Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with experience in real estate sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and marketing activities to drive property sales and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and drive sales for residential apartments (2BHK/3BHK) and commercial properties.
Handle client inquiries, follow up with prospective buyers, and convert leads into bookings.
Conduct property site visits and effectively present project features, pricing, and payment plans.
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue.
Build relationships with brokers, channel partners, corporate clients, and local business networks.
Identify current business opportunities and monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Maintain client databases, sales reports,



and follow-up records.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
Experience in real estate sales and marketing.
Solid communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Proven ability to generate leads, conduct site visits, and close property deals.
Knowledge of the Raipur real estate market will be an advantage.
Target-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Candidates: Raipur-based candidates with relevant real estate sales experience and a robust local network.
