Herbal Maza is hiring a Meta Ads Executive to plan, run and improve Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for our herbal products.

Responsibilities
Set up and manage campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
Test audiences, ad creatives, copy and campaign formats.
Monitor advertising spend, lead quality, conversions and cost per acquisition.
Coordinate with designers, video editors and the sales team.
Share transparent performance reports and recommendations.
Review product claims and creatives for compliance with applicable advertising policies.

Requirements
Hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns.
Understanding of conversion tracking, reporting and campaign optimisation.
Ability to connect campaign performance with actual leads and sales.
