Job Title: Kindergarten Principal

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, confident, and experienced Kindergarten Principal to oversee the overall functioning of the school. The candidate will be responsible for managing teachers and staff, maintaining discipline, ensuring quality education, and implementing school policies and procedures effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations and overall administration of the school.
Supervise, guide, and monitor teachers and staff to ensure effective performance.
Ensure strict adherence to school rules, policies, procedures, timings, and management instructions.
Monitor teaching methods, lesson plans, classroom activities, and student progress.
Maintain discipline, accountability, and qualified conduct among staff.
Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children.
Handle parent enquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
Maintain student records, staff attendance, academic documents, and administrative reports.
Organize staff meetings, school activities, and parent interactions.
Monitor admissions, student retention, and overall school development.
Identify operational issues,



take appropriate corrective action within delegated authority, and report key matters to management.
Ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the school in accordance with management expectations.

Requirements
Relevant educational qualification; a qualification in Education or Early Childhood Education is preferred.
Experience in kindergarten, preschool, or school administration is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage teachers and staff effectively and enforce rules consistently.
Good decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
A responsible, disciplined, and professional approach to work.

Job Type: Full-time

Ideal Candidate: Someone with solid leadership qualities who can manage teachers effectively, maintain discipline, ensure compliance with school policies, and take responsibility for the overall functioning and development of the kindergarten.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
