Responsibilities:
Prepare Continental dishes as per brand standards.
Assist senior chefs with daily kitchen operations.
Maintain food quality, consistency, and portion control.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Commi 2 in Continental cuisine.
Knowledge of Continental food preparation techniques.
Experience in a premium brand or central kitchen preferred.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
