Roles and Responsibilities
Handle customer calls for an international voice support process.
Assist customers with consumer electronics and retail-related queries.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
Communicate professionally in English.
Follow process guidelines and maintain quality standards.

Candidate Requirements
Qualification: Graduate only.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of international BPO experience.
Process: International Voice Support.




Domain: Consumer Electronics & Retail.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English.
Shift: Rotational shifts.
Transportation: Both-side cab facility / TA, as applicable.

Salary and Benefits
Annual CTC: Up to ₹4,50,000.
Approximate In-Hand Salary: ₹27,000–₹32,000 per month, depending on salary structure and deductions.
Both-side cab / TA facility, as applicable.
