Job Description:
We are looking for a customer-focused Telecaller Executive to connect with customers, explain our home services, generate leads, and support customer and service partner onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain available home services and encourage bookings.
Follow up on leads and convert them into customers.
Contact and onboard service specialists onto the platform.
Handle customer queries and maintain call records.
Achieve daily calling and conversion targets.
Requirements:
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of customer service and sales.
Ability to speak Telugu, Hindi, and English is preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹8,600.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
