Deliveries: Transporting items to various addresses, often within tight timeframes.
Route Planning: Using navigation tools to select the most effective routes to avoid traffic.
Loading/Unloading: Handling packages, food, or products carefully to avoid damage during transit.
Customer Service: Confirming orders, obtaining signatures, and addressing customer queries or complaints professionally.
Documentation: Maintaining accurate delivery logs, reports, and transaction records.
Vehicle Maintenance: Performing basic cleaning and upkeep of the assigned delivery vehicle.
