Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Support Executive who can assist the sales team with customer coordination, order processing, follow-ups, and sales-related documentation. The candidate must be proficient in at least one of the following regional languages: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, or Marathi.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer calls, enquiries, and follow-ups in the assigned regional language.

Support the sales team in managing customer requirements and business enquiries.

Coordinate with customers regarding product availability, pricing, orders, and deliveries.

Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.

Coordinate with the accounts, dispatch,



and warehouse teams to ensure timely order processing.

Maintain customer databases, sales records, and follow-up reports.

Communicate with customers to resolve routine queries and provide order status updates.

Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer requirements in coordination with the concerned departments.

Build and maintain valuable customer relationships to support business growth.

Required Skills

Proficiency in at least one regional language:

Tamil

Telugu

Kannada

Malayalam

Gujarati

Marathi

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and computer applications.

Solid coordination, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.

Ability to work with the sales team and manage multiple customer requests.
