POSITION : SALES HEAD/ TEAM LEADER/ BRANCH MANAGER (minimum 2 years experience in Immigration firm)
Team Leader –
1. Team Management: Manage daily team activities, assign leads and tasks to team members, and ensure smooth workflow and coordination.
2. Sales and Target Achievement: Monitor daily calls, client follow-ups, counselling appointments, and conversions to achieve monthly sales targets.
3. Client and Case Handling: Assist team members with client queries, resolve complaints, and coordinate immigration documentation and application progress.
4. Performance Monitoring: Track team performance, provide guidance and training, prepare daily reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
Branch Manager –
1. Branch Operations: Manage the overall functioning of the branch, supervise team leaders and staff,



and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
2. Business Development: Set and monitor branch sales and revenue targets, develop strategies to increase client conversions, and identify prospects for business growth.
3. Staff and Client Management: Oversee employee performance, recruitment coordination, and training while handling major client complaints and maintaining customer satisfaction.
4. Financial Management and Compliance: Monitor branch revenue, expenses, collections, and profitability while ensuring immigration services follow applicable laws, company policies, and ethical standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
