Hiring – Guest Relations Manager Cum Cook

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and enthusiastic individual to manage guest relations and oversee daily operations at a 4-room boutique Bed & Breakfast in a heritage house near Fort Kochi.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming guests and managing check-ins and check-outs.
Handling guest enquiries, bookings, and requests.
Preparing and serving breakfast, tea, coffee, and light snacks.
Managing kitchen supplies, groceries, and food hygiene.
Coordinating with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are guest-ready.
Overseeing day-to-day property operations and basic maintenance.
Ensuring guests have a comfortable and memorable stay.

Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality, homestays,



or guest relations preferred.
Positive cooking skills, primarily breakfast preparation, tea, coffee, and light snacks.
Positive communication skills in English, Hindi and Malayalam.
Friendly, organised, responsible, and service-oriented.
Ability to independently manage a small property.

Location: Fort Kochi
Salary: Based on experience & skillset
