Position: School Principal
Location: Nagarbhavi,Bangalore
Qualification: Master's degree in Education (M.Ed.) or a relevant postgraduate qualification preferred. B.Ed. required/preferred as per school norms.
Experience: Prior experience in school administration and academic leadership is preferred.
Language Preference: Kannada-speaking candidates preferred.

Job Responsibilities
Oversee the overall academic and administrative operations of the school.
Supervise teachers and other school staff.
Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and student discipline.
Monitor curriculum implementation, examinations, and academic performance.
Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, management, and students.
Organize staff meetings,



parent-teacher meetings, and school events.
Ensure compliance with school policies, safety standards, and applicable education regulations.
Support teacher development and continuous improvement in school performance.
