· Supervise installation and coordination of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other MEP services as applicable to the project.

· Supervise installation of partitions, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, painting, doors, joinery, kitchen works, sanitary fixtures, and other interior works.

· Coordinate daily activities with Client & subcontractors, and other site personnel.

· Attend site coordination meetings when required.

· Provide daily updates on manpower, progress, materials, work status, and site issues.

· Report material shortages, technical issues, and delays to the concerned engineer or Manager.

· Maintain daily site records, progress reports, inspection requests, and other relevant documentation.

· Strong site supervision and coordination skills.

· Ability to manage workers and subcontractors effectively.

· Good understanding of MEP and interior fit-out sequencing.

· Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

· Valuable organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
