Need82 Travels Pvt. Ltd. is a growing travel and tourism company based in Barasat, West Bengal. We work with a network of B2B travel agents who book flights, hotels and holidays through our online portal, and we also serve individual travellers directly. We're looking for a Client Relationship Manager to support and grow both groups.

Key Responsibilities

B2B – Travel Agent Partners
Onboard new travel agents onto our portal: registration, account setup and portal training.
Be the main point of contact for agents with bookings, cancellations, refunds and reissues.
Build solid relationships so agents book more through our portal.
Re-activate inactive agents and add new agents to the network.
Share latest fares, offers and new products with agents regularly.
Follow up on agent payments and outstanding balances.

B2C – Direct Customers
Help customers with flight tickets, hotels, tour packages, visas and travel insurance.
Give transparent information on prices, itineraries and documents.




Resolve queries and complaints quickly and professionally.
Encourage repeat bookings and referrals.

General
Keep accurate records in the CRM.
Coordinate with the operations, ticketing and accounts teams.
Meet monthly booking and agent-activity targets.

Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in the travel industry (freshers with good communication skills may apply).
Knowledge of air ticketing, GDS or B2B travel portals is a plus.
Fluent in English, Bengali and Hindi.
Robust communication, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with computers, Excel and CRM tools.
Target-oriented team player.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
