Through your passion and motivation, you sell memorable experience to guests who stay in your property. You are skilled and knowledgeable about your property, and you build solid relationships and create bond with your guests.

What you will be doing:
Coordinate all group arrangements
Work with group contacts to facilitate program planning and requirements
Communicate group needs and specifications to all relevant departments
Follow up with Post-Conference reports and review group billings Solicit group, transient and/or banquet business, and reach consistent achievement of sales objectives.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:
Relevant diploma / degree in BBA /BCOM /ARTS/ Bsc/MBA or Hotel Management.




Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar capacity or at least 3- 5 years of relevant industry experience in Sales - Retail /Sales/ insurance / banking / Hotel/ travel agent/ private parties / Goan Wedding / Showroom Sales / Events / Hosting / promotions / Birthday party.
Relevant sales experience is an asset.
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
Highly responsible & reliable.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
Robust interpersonal and problem solving abilities
