JCB Salons is looking for skilled and passionate Hairstylists to join our team. The ideal candidate should have robust technical knowledge of hair services, excellent customer-handling skills, and a passion for creating great client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Perform haircuts, hairstyling, blow-drying, and finishing services.
Provide hair colouring, highlights, global colour, and other chemical services based on expertise.
Recommend suitable hairstyles, hair treatments, and products based on client needs.
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and expectations.
Maintain high standards of service quality, hygiene, and salon grooming.
Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat visits.
Achieve individual service revenue and retail sales targets.
Stay updated on the latest hairstyling techniques, products, and trends.




Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools and equipment.

Requirements
Prior experience as a Hairstylist in a salon workplace is preferred.
Robust technical knowledge of haircuts, styling, and hair treatments.
Knowledge of hair colouring and chemical services is an advantage.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Professional grooming and a client-focused attitude.
Ability to work in a team and achieve business targets.
Willingness to learn new techniques and improve technical skills.
