Packaging Designer / Graphic Designer (Printing)

Industry: Corrugated Box & Packaging Manufacturing

Experience: 4–5 Years

Salary: ₹40,000–₹45,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
CorelDRAW Designing: Create, modify, and finalize packaging designs, layouts, logos, and customer artwork.
Dieline Development: Prepare accurate packaging dielines, cutting layouts, and box structures as per customer specifications.
Printing Artwork Setup: Set up printing matter, text, logos, colours, and layouts accurately for production.
Printing Supervision: Coordinate with production teams and monitor printing jobs to ensure quality and accuracy.
Offset Printing: Understand offset printing processes, colour separation, registration, and print quality.
Flexo Printing: Knowledge of flexographic printing on corrugated boxes will be an added advantage.
Pre-Press Activities: Prepare print-ready files and verify dimensions, alignment, and artwork specifications before printing.
Quality Control: Check printing samples, colour matching, artwork positioning, and final print output.
Production Coordination: Work closely with printing operators, die makers, and production supervisors to ensure smooth production.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent working knowledge of CorelDRAW.




4–5 years of relevant experience in packaging design and the printing industry.
Practical experience in corrugated box design and dieline preparation.
Valuable knowledge of offset printing and pre-press processes.
Understanding of colour separation, print registration, and artwork alignment.
Ability to independently handle design, artwork, and printing-related activities.
Knowledge of packaging dimensions, printing limitations, and production requirements.
Preferred Candidate

Candidates with previous experience in a corrugated box manufacturing or packaging company will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
