Job Title : Assistant Factory Manager

Location: Naroli, Silvassa
Experience: 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, or supervision.

Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily production planning and machine operations.
Monitor production targets, material yield, wastage, and product quality.
Coordinate with maintenance, stores, and production teams.
Manage workforce allocation and ensure workplace safety.
Prepare daily production reports and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements
Experience in marble, granite, natural stone, tiles, ceramics, or process manufacturing preferred.
Knowledge of MS Excel, production planning, quality control, and maintenance coordination.
Hindi is essential; Gujarati or Marathi is an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
