Assist in preparing and cooking Chinese dishes, including noodles, fried rice, soups, sauces, stir-fried dishes, and other Chinese specialties.
Perform basic food preparation, including cutting, chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients.
Prepare and arrange mise en place before service.
Follow recipes, standard operating procedures, and instructions from senior chefs.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food items according to FIFO procedures.
Check the freshness and quality of ingredients before use.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and workstations.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
