Job Responsibilities
Identify and develop current customers, dealers, distributors, retailers, and business opportunities.
Promote and sell mattresses, pillows, and other bedding products.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and regularly follow up on enquiries.
Visit dealers, retailers, and potential customers to generate sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales orders.
Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and accounts departments for timely order processing and delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Maintain sales reports, customer records, and payment follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications




Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Experience in mattress, furniture, foam, or bedding sales will be preferred.
Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
Willingness to travel for customer and dealer visits.
