We are looking for a confident Telecaller to connect with potential customers, introduce software products and IT services, generate leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain software products and IT services.
Generate and qualify potential sales leads.
Understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities.
Schedule meetings and software demonstrations.
Follow up with interested prospects.
Maintain call reports and customer information.
Coordinate with the sales team to achieve lead-generation targets.
