Attend incoming calls, make outgoing calls, and respond to patient inquiries professionally.
Welcome patients and visitors, manage appointments, and guide them to the appropriate department.
Handle patient registration, maintain records, and update appointment schedules accurately.
Provide information about diagnostic tests, services, timings, and preparation instructions as authorized.
Coordinate with doctors and staff, manage reception activities, and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Howrah, West Bengal
