Achieve monthly and annual vehicle sales targets.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Develop sales strategies to improve vehicle sales, bookings, and retail performance.
Monitor leads, follow-ups, test drives, bookings, and vehicle deliveries.
Ensure effective customer relationship management and customer satisfaction.
Monitor team performance, conversion ratios, and daily sales reports.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and vehicle stock teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide sales training and guidance.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and dealership sales processes.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
