Job Title: Hand Moulding Supervisor
Department: Production / Foundry
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily hand moulding operations and allocate work to moulders and helpers.
Ensure proper mould preparation, sand mixing, pattern setting, ramming, and mould assembly.
Inspect mould quality and ensure readiness for metal pouring.
Achieve daily production targets and maintain product quality.
Coordinate with melting, pouring, and quality control teams.
Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
Identify moulding defects and take corrective actions to reduce rejection.
Maintain daily production reports and ensure workplace safety and housekeeping.

Skills Required:
Knowledge of foundry hand moulding processes.
Manpower handling and team supervision.
Problem-solving and quality control skills.
Knowledge of foundry safety procedures.

Experience Required: 2–5 years of relevant experience in foundry hand moulding operations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
