Job Description: General Manager

Location: Pathanamthitta, Kerala

Experience: Minimum 5+ years

Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and energetic General Manager to oversee hotel operations, ensure excellent guest satisfaction, manage staff, and maintain operational efficiency. Candidates with experience managing 3-star or above hotels are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel.

Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.

Supervise, guide, and motivate hotel staff.

Monitor revenue, expenses, budgets, and operational performance.

Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.

Ensure compliance with hygiene,



safety, and service standards.

Develop strategies to improve hotel performance and profitability.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a General Manager in the hotel industry.

Experience in 3-star or above hotels is preferred.

Solid leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Fluency in English is mandatory.

Candidates from Kerala or other states can apply.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
