Gro Wealth Group of Companies is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Assistant Branch Manager to support branch sales and fund mobilization activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and fund mobilization to achieve assigned business targets.
Identify and approach potential customers to generate current business.
Promote the company's financial products and services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
Support the Branch Manager in monitoring sales performance and achieving branch targets.
Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
Ensure proper customer service and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:
Experience in sales, preferably in financial services, is an advantage.
Positive communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to meet sales targets and develop customer relationships.
Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.

Salary: Based on experience and suitability.

Candidates should be result-oriented and comfortable working in a target-based setting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
