Job Title: Chef de Partie – Mexican & Italian Cuisine

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 2–4 years

We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie with experience in Mexican & Italian cuisine to join our kitchen team.

Responsibilities:
Prepare Mexican & Italian dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards.
Independently manage the assigned kitchen section.
Prepare mise en place, sauces, salsas, marinades and other preparations.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality and presentation.
Ensure proper food storage and hygiene.
Monitor stock and communicate requirements to the kitchen management.
Minimise food wastage and maintain portion control.
Ensure timely preparation during busy service.
Assist in training and supervising Commis Chefs.
Follow all food safety and kitchen SOPs.

Requirements:
2–4 years of qualified kitchen experience.
Mexican/Latin & Italian cuisine experience preferred.
Positive knowledge of Mexican ingredients and cooking techniques.
Ability to work under pressure in a quick-paced kitchen.
Robust knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.

Pay: ₹9,200.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
