Measuring Instruments: Use vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and height gauges.
Tool Knowledge: Identify cutting tools, inserts, drills, boring tools, and tool holders.
Machine Operation: Know machine start-up, shutdown, cycle start, feed hold, and emergency stop.
Component Loading: Load and unload components correctly and safely.
Quality Inspection: Check component dimensions according to the inspection plan.
Coolant and Lubrication: Check coolant levels, lubrication, and machine oil levels.
Safety Knowledge: Follow machine safety procedures and use required PPE.
Production Knowledge: Meet production targets without compromising component quality.
