Customer Support Executive / Associate – Flipkart PAM (Voice)

Compensation & Perks
Fixed Salary: ₹23,000 per month
Incentives (PLI): ₹2,000 per month (Performance Linked Incentive)
Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
Manage partner and seller accounts over inbound and outbound voice channels, addressing service and account-related concerns.
Provide end-to-end query resolution regarding listings, cataloging, payments, and account performance.
Maintain accurate case logs, call dispositions, and proper record-keeping in internal management tools.
Consistently meet operational targets, including average handling time (AHT),



first contact resolution (FCR), and customer satisfaction (CSAT) benchmarks.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
Experience: Prior experience in voice support or telesales is mandatory.
Documentation: Valid documentation (relieving letters, experience certificates, or pay slips) is required.
Assessment Benchmarks:
Must clear Client Assessment
Minimum Versant / VETI score of Level 4
Typing speed assessment clearance
Core Competencies: Fluent verbal communication, skilled telephone etiquette, problem-solving skills, and basic data entry skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
