IT Support Technician

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support, maintain computer systems, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and software.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT issues.
Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, and other network devices.
Support system updates, antivirus, and data backup procedures.
Maintain IT equipment and technical documentation.

Requirements
Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, and networking.




Basic troubleshooting skills for LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, and software.
Relevant work experience is an advantage.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
