Job Opening: Field Recruiter – Bangalore

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Position: Field Recruiter
Experience: 1–2 Years (Preferred)

Job Responsibilities:
Source candidates through field visits, referrals, and local networks.
Conduct recruitment activities for field-level positions.
Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure timely joining.
Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

Required Skills:
Valuable communication and candidate-handling skills.
Knowledge of local hiring markets in Bangalore.
Ability to work in the field and meet recruitment targets.
Previous experience in blue-collar, retail, promoter, or sales hiring will be an advantage.
