Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Merchandiser to join our company, specialising in sales and export of semi-precious stones and related products.

The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, an understanding of merchandising activities, and the ability to coordinate with buyers and vendors to support product development, sampling, and smooth order execution.

Key Responsibilities
Follow up with buyers regarding current orders and repeat orders for existing styles.
Respond to buyer queries promptly and professionally.
Pitch new product developments, designs, and collections to buyers.
Coordinate sample development based on buyer inspirations, references, and requirements.
Obtain pricing from vendors and prepare product costing sheets.
Prepare and maintain worksheets,



PowerPoint presentations, and product-related documentation.
Create transparent product images, catalogues, and presentations for buyers.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely completion of merchandising activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of merchandising, product development, and buyer coordination.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to prepare costing sheets, worksheets, and product catalogues.
Strong follow-up, organizational, and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
