Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through inbound/outbound calls.
Communicate with customers in Punjabi and Hindi.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
Maintain skilled communication and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria:
Fluent in Punjabi and Hindi.
Positive communication and listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers are welcome; customer service experience is an advantage.
