Role Overview

The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations at the Ghansoli Data Centre Project. The role requires solid leadership in managing manpower and labour supervisors, ensuring smooth coordination with client-side site executives, and maintaining effective communication both verbally and in writing.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage labour workforce and site supervisors on a daily basis.
Ensure timely allocation of tasks, monitoring productivity, and resolving site-level issues.
Act as the primary point of contact with client-side labour/site executives, maintaining professional communication channels.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly site progress reports to management.
Enforce safety protocols, compliance standards, and quality benchmarks at the project site.
Coordinate resource deployment (manpower, materials, machinery) to meet project timelines.




Facilitate smooth execution of installation and construction activities in line with project requirements.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred).
Ability to handle labour-related challenges and maintain discipline on site.
Proficiency in preparing site documentation and reports.
Problem-solving mindset with focus on efficiency and safety.

Qualifications & Experience*
Graduate/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (preferred).
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in site management, preferably in industrial or data centre projects.
Proven track record of handling manpower and coordinating with client-side representatives.

Employment Terms
Full-time, project-based role at Ghansoli Data Centre.
Market-competitive salary package aligned with industry standards.
Reporting to: Project Head – Tembo Global Industries Ltd.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
