Job Description
Lead and monitor Civil & Interior project execution from planning to handover.
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, schedules, and contractor submissions.
Coordinate with client, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Monitor site progress, quality, workmanship, and compliance with approved standards.
Review material approvals, method statements, RFIs, and technical submissions.
Manage project risks, delays, variations, and corrective actions.
Ensure coordination between Civil, Interiors, and MEP works.
Conduct progress meetings and submit project reports to management.
Monitor billing, cost control, snag closure, and final handover documentation.

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
