Job Role

We are looking for a Field Presales Associate to meet potential clients, understand their property requirements, and help connect them with the right team. The role involves interacting with buyers, sellers, and property owners, collecting client details, and coordinating with our residential and commercial teams.

Roles and Responsibilities
Meet potential clients in assigned areas and understand their property requirements.
Collect details such as budget, preferred location, property type, and buying or rental needs.
Identify potential buyers, sellers, tenants, and property owners.
Share client requirements with the respective residential or commercial team.




Coordinate with clients and the internal team for property details and site visits.
Follow up with clients and maintain records of enquiries and interactions.
Build valuable relationships with clients and support the team in generating business opportunities.

Eligibility and Requirements
Any Degree.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in real estate sales and client interaction.
Willingness to travel and meet clients across Bengaluru.
Kannada-speaking candidates will be preferred.
A two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.

Salary and Benefits
Fixed salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹40,000 per month, based on relevant experience, skills, and interview performance.
Additional performance-based incentives over and above the fixed salary.
Petrol allowance provided by the company for field-related travel.
