Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to patients admitted to the hospital ward.
Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiratory rate, and oxygen saturation.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the treating physician.
Monitor patients' conditions and promptly report any changes or emergencies to the medical team.
Assist doctors during ward rounds and medical procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and medication charts.
Follow infection prevention, hand hygiene, and patient safety protocols.
Ensure proper patient identification and secure medication administration.
Educate patients and their attendants about prescribed care and discharge instructions.
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of patient care.




Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organisation of the nursing station and ward equipment.

Qualifications
GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognised institution.
Valid nursing registration with the applicable State Nursing Council.
Relevant ward nursing experience is preferred; freshers may be considered based on hospital requirements.
Knowledge of basic nursing procedures, patient monitoring, and infection control practices.
Positive communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
