Role Description

Lifebridge Child Development Center is looking for a skilled, compassionate, patient, and child-friendly Behaviour Therapist to support children with autism spectrum disorder, behavioural challenges, developmental delays, and difficulties with communication, attention, and social interaction.

Responsibilities
Conduct behavioural assessments and identify each child’s strengths and areas of need.
Develop individualized behaviour intervention plans based on the child’s needs.
Implement evidence-based behavioural strategies to improve functional communication, attention, social interaction, and adaptive skills.
Work on emotional regulation, waiting skills, turn-taking, flexibility, following instructions, and reducing challenging behaviours.
Support children in developing independence and age-appropriate daily living skills.
Monitor and document children’s progress and update intervention goals accordingly.
Provide parent guidance, home-based strategies, and regular feedback.
Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and special educators.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow center policies and child-safety standards.
Build positive relationships with children and families using a compassionate, child-centered approach.





Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a relevant field.
Knowledge of behavioural intervention strategies and child development.
Good communication skills in English and Telugu (mandatory); Hindi is preferred.
Candidates based in Hyderabad are highly preferred.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience working with children is preferred.
Freshers with strong clinical knowledge and a genuine interest in pediatric behavioural therapy may also apply.
Experience working with children with autism and developmental or behavioural challenges will be an advantage.

Salary and Advantages
Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.

Must be able to commute reliably or relocate before joining.
