Job Title: Cluster Head – Real Estate

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Job Description :We are looking for an experienced Cluster Head to lead and manage a team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have robust team management, sourcing, and revenue generation skills.

Roles & Responsibilities - Manage a team of 16 members, including 4 Sourcing Heads. Drive business development and revenue generation. Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of business targets. Guide and support Sourcing Heads in daily operations. Develop effective sourcing strategies and maintain solid business relationships.

Requirements - 4.5–5 years of experience in the real estate sector.



Proven experience in team management and business development. Solid communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. A personal vehicle is mandatory for business-related travel.

Salary & Incentives - Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹1,50,000, based on experience and suitability. Additional performance-based incentives linked to revenue generation: - ₹20 lakh revenue: ₹40,000 incentive , ₹25 lakh revenue: ₹60,000 incentive ,₹30 lakh revenue: ₹90,000 incentive

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
