Many processes across the company still depend on data being uploaded, imported or moved by hand. This role finds that manual work and replaces it with automations, and builds the dashboards and visualisations the business uses to run.
The specialist also builds and runs the systems behind our organic Instagram network, the Distribution Engine: publishing queues on approved Meta tools, the data pipelines that bring performance data back, and the network dashboard.
This is purely a data and automation role. It does not include design or marketing work.
SKILLS:
Microsoft Excel (expert):Power Query, pivot tables, advanced formulas
Google Sheets (advanced) and Apps Script
Dashboards and data visualisation: Looker Studio, Power BI or Excel

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
3–5 years in data operations, MIS, business intelligence or automation Expert-level Excel Experience building dashboards for business teams Experience building production automations in n8n, Zapier or Make.com Hands-on experience using AI tools for data and automation work
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
SQL
Python or JavaScript
Building AI agents
Experience connecting Claude or ChatGPT to other tools through MCP connectors
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
